On a side note....there is a guy on Twitter that says he is having papers served to Dwyer over this reverse split. I’m not sure why nor will I speculate on it but he claims that the GCGX reverse split was not within the rules.

What’s interesting is that he claims the process server cannot make contact with anyone at the facility in Sacramento nor at any of the addresses listed for this company or Conman Dwyer.

I’ve been following Conman Dwyer and his antics for some time now and there was always been doubt in my head (and others) to the legitimacy of this business owned by Tom Roland. It certainly does seem sketchy that an operating facility doesn’t have enough employees to answer the front door or the telephone.

Considering that there hasn’t been any revenue as promised for years and now he’s printed 249 million shares to dump I going again call this a SCAM.

Where is the SEC when you need them?
