Mark Miller, the real one,has been a shareholder in the old NWGC scam and claims he has the votes to win the court ordered shareholder meeting / election of a new director.

So far no one has offered to run for the job. So the first thing he is doing is saving a dead shell he own shares in. For all we know he owns a lot of shares already.

Once elected he plans to Merge/R/M in his own RCM Mining firm into the shell. The reason the MC is up for $100,000(?) to 43 Mil is because an activist shareholder/bagholder spend money on attorneys to ask for a court ordered shareholder meeting, and he asked for votes selling his plan for the shell rival in public to retail shareholders.

How many shares he already owns we do not know. But he seems confident he can get 51% of the votes. Retail including me is voting for him.

Where the company goes after the Vote, and SOS updates and paying the TA (Mark Miller, shareholder) says he will pay the TA, and get the data he needs to see if can clean up the OS. He has said he will not sell new shares, and does not need money, he is self funding and bringing in the Mining assets he owns.

No one knows what the real float is. Yet. What maters to me is the true float and its MC. And the mining potential. I hve done my own valuation analysis.

Except the TA?

The plan is self fund growth with the gold from the mine.

So far he has done what he said he would.

My own geology back ground.. etc background and my own DD, and my own checking with mine experts, tells me there is likely to a be sizable amount of easy to mine gold to what Mark J Miller said he would do, self fund with firms growth with selling mined gold.

My reply to this comment of yours.

"If all Miller wants is a shell to conduct business and sell new stock, why not get a clean shell for maybe $300,000. Who would want to merge into a shell that is already valued at 34 million?"

Which was good question.

I think I just answered it, or at least why I think is, based on what he has said.
