Hey that makes me a veteran! What I believe:

* PHIL has big interest; there are too many posts on this board, I don't have time to read them all.

* Henry will file current as promised.

* Date deadlines are likely, not guaranteed.

* Some negotiated buyback agreements are finalized, but not reported.

* Size of existing buyback agreements and terms are unknown.

* Convertible debt is being runoff and is almost complete.

* Public share buyback is not starting until debt is fully converted; I expect some disagree.

* Public share buyback will happen to the extent that capital allows.

* Capital is expected to be extraordinary.

* If the Capital is extraordinary, as expected, the buyback could lead to uplisting without rs.

If that happens as expected, I will retire from a small investment risk.
