I think its a strategy for long term, kinda dollar cost averaging. Maybe I'm just bad at picking stocks, but lately my penny stocks I've dumped in a chunk and a few days later it goes down and I buy in for more.

Now if I had a set amount in my head, I could say but half or quarter now and in a few weeks put in another batch. As for selling, once around 100% or whatever you decide sell your initial investment worth or whatever you decide and let the rest ride, taking loss risk out of it.

Pretty sure that's what he was saying and it makes sense to me, there's a butt for every seat
