squingeqbob, My opinion is that right at the close IDCC did 1M shares. In the next 5 minutes they reported accumulated shares of 5.5 M. I believe those shares were switching funds from midcap to small cap with our big boys Fidelity, Vanguard and Blackrock. They might also be double counted as one fund sold and the other bought. In the last 3 days IDCC did 3.7 M shares. A lot of these shares are being purchased to satisfy the new weighting in the small cap fund. That alone would make me nervous if I was short. Then you add in the 5.5M for a total volume of 9.2M. Not bad for a company that has less than 31M total shares.
