What is the good news ? in regards to Du.I said marjac didnt have a pups chance in changing the DU decision.I dont think she will loose a minutes sleep over Amarin or its investors.I think like before we loose all court decisions going forward and the only good thing about this legal stuff is that it keeps hickman /Teva and the rest of the generics from doing 50k scripts a week.The chance amarin has of turning this verdict is Zero.Jmho
Invested in amrn since 2008 for the huntingtons disaster.Came back 2011 and have been to all agms since 2014.This whole legal game for amarin is to keep generics from taking 50k scripts a week and investing maybe 20m to legal team so its a good investment but they havent a pups chance of winning any legal battle.
