You can see how wmih/coop provide p’s dividends directly to kkr up till 2017 without distributions to all who owned P’s. The other, to place p’s under sub under wmih/coop to use for instrument to borrow against interest after 2nd ownership. Then instead of paying a coupon for all who own coop’s commons, instead did a direct buyback of shares from kkr only for more than a 100+ million....no telling if the first 50+ million buyback or the 29 million of the first quarter of 2021....
