unlike the CEOs of the vast majority of OTC stocks, MJLB's CEO doesn't dilute shares but retires them -- almost 1/3 of them!!!!-- and he's said he might retire 40 million more. For heaven's sake, this company doesn't deserve what has happened to its share price over the past 5 weeks. It's simply a combination of dead air, low volume, and an incredibly small float. The damage done over the past month will be remedied and much more in 30 minutes once they announce certification.
