First the information that we are late is incorrect as we have time until end of April to file Q1 or extension if we need few more days to prepare the report or file the final report

I am sorry people “loose faith” so easily and baselessly but we have no control over it
We are keeping the course
Work hard and moving ahead
We also are not in business to focus on quick and meaningless communications
We will keep updating Shareholders on all important developments but we are not going to engage in pump and dump techniques or useless chatter as we simply have to chose how to spend the time and resources and we opt to focus on things that benefit the company and shareholders longer term
I understand that this may not be what most OTC companies doing and I obviously do not feel good about disappointing you but at the end I need to focus on what I feel is a greater good
