Just to be clear on your response,

Myself am going off Henry's word and he came through with the first filing. I believe he will come through with one after hours. He also stated he came to an agreement with the note holder and we would be fully current by the end of this month.

What confuses me is the agreement with the note holder since there is still dilution. Maybe he is buying some of those shares... I dont know. I know I bought some of the dump yesterday. Feels like the note holder has something against Henry and is dumping anyway not wanting any part of a deal.
