Natural Gas Trading and Distribution

The Group has completed the transaction of acquiring 10% equity interest of CNPC’s Haikou LNG receiving terminal in Hainan. We will establish business relationship with certain overseas LNG sources for procurement of LNG and secure LNG storage capacity required for LNG trading. With this strategic cooperation, we can ensure to supply low-cost and stable gas to the existing projects while further promote the use of imported LNGin the PRC with its price advantage.
