Basically.
And the reality is that SFOR simply doesn’t have the money or available funds to purchase any decent tech company SO either CRS is a crap LLC or SFOR is going to dig into their billions of shares piggy bank.
I looked into CRS. Apparently they’re owned by MultiPoint Network. If they’re not owned they are sharing an address.
CRS and MultiPoint have nearly the exact same web page layout and design.
I’ll leave it with this : There is an awful lot of unanswered questions in both the original press release and the second press release regarding the “acquisition” of CRS.
Who’d they actually acquire CRS from?
How much was the acquisition?
Is it a cash deal or shares/convertible notes/warrants or a combo of any or all of the options?
When can shareholders expect this deal to be accretive?
The list of questions goes on and on.
Why was this information released as completed initially?
