watching the bouncing ball

tuesday it goes up a dollar. and the last 2 days it went back down a dollar. in the middle is resistance at 15.30-15.50 area
currently a 'double bottom' at 14.80.
and resistance zone top area (15.80-16.00-16.20 area)
not much else to watch for on the technical chart.
