I think they will still do it, not matter what. They /We want this to be clearly above and away from that min price requirement. Would suck more if we got above, got listed, then for some reason fell below and got delisted. that would imo be worse. The news of the intent to RS has been put out there, so now at least we can expect people not to freak out if and when they do it. I think it was a good time to announce the intent. We are/were in a bit of a lul news wise, not much happening, so ya the price took a hit, but now is recovering. So wont be a momentum killer when they do it ( if they do)later, as much anyway.. The other upside was it seemed to shake out a number of( or one) large share holder, and hopefully put those shares into stronger hands, so they ( the large holder) wont dump later and hold things up.. imo
