Large-funds.(most-offshore) short-OTCs they take advantage of-the Channels that OTCs trade in...

Most stocks trade in "Channels" and these hi-tech firms have algorithms that short these channels and only cover when Massive buying starts to come in..or they hit their target price..that's the simple version when it's actually way more complex than this, many variables factor in...
