Hey Matthew, if your "company" is so hot, why do you and your family still owe $400,000 to the State of California, 3 years later? Could it be that your "company" isn't actually generating real revenue? Why are you REALLY delaying your filings? To keep investors in the dark long enough to sell more shares?
