If they win the case, would the shares be bought back at the price sold or current?

Whatever happens, that is just gravy. They are focussed on biz as usual.

We need substantial news at this point with solid fins to move this.

Its been over stated but to reiterate it:

Annual:

Increased YOY with roughly 10milly less debt

Q1 with substantial quarterly earnings vs last years

Plenty of news in between quarters e.g. juneteenth concert, more islands, more labs, UK biz, potential federal contracts, more allstar biz, more alameda county biz, nevada biz etc...

Q2 are expected to surpass 2020's annual numbers
