Shorting and/or manipulation imo. Check the intraday pattern over the past couple of months. Notice the big price drop that occurs almost daily within the first couple of minutes after the market open pushing the price down and how most of the trades are always executed below the ask or at the bid all day keeping the ask intact as much as possible. Notice also how the price easily explodes every now and then only to be pushed back down shortly after. It's as if there's a maximum price limit set daily for $HMBL that it must not exceed. As a result, the share price is continuously pushed down. Luckily there's a huge demand that counteracts that down pressure but not enough to push the price high. I believe if $HMBL was trading normally, the share price would be above $20 at least by now. The management must find a way to protect $HMBL from such games.

Why is this down? I haven't heard any plausible explanation. $HMBL!
