Could this mean that if AMRN lose the legal challenges they will;
Leave Vascepa for the 7% greater than 500 trig in the USA
Bring "Vazkepa" to the USA for the 93% less than 500 and for Cardio.
Vazkepa is for 100% less than 500 and for Cardio in EU.
So any generic can go after Vascepa to their hearts content (
) but cant you couldnt substitute generic vascepa for Vazkepa in the USA and definitely not EU. Thoughts?!!
