thanks - it seems like the stock has been issued in good faith

if cbay can't make a payment or meet some type of requirement, then the 'said' shares would be released for lack or performance. but if cbay does whatever is asked of them, then the shares get returned to cbay and get thrown in a furnace and reduces our share count by the 'said' amount

someone recently has been talking about restricted shares becoming unrestricted. maybe this is what that poster is referring to?????

Anyway you look at it, with a max of 200 million shares (for the moment) and the info contained in today's PR that it really should not make a difference. When are those revenues supposed to begin?

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
