Not necessarily the board is hyping it. When you check the OTC website share structure, the company looks attractive because their actual filing is not reflected there. I call this OTC cheating of first degree keeping wrong information to fool investors.

In the past, I used to like this game, but not anymore to stay consistent. Yes, I sold my $700 early as they went up from $10. However, I sold after they raised the AS to 9 trillion shares and the OS to 7+ trillion shares. The money here is no big deal for me, the consistency in my decision making is more important.
