They are not uplisted yet because the company merger only happened in December 2020. In fact if you look at how quickly the new company got caught up on filings it is VERY impressive.

Great company being manipulated recently but it will achieve new highs in short order. Audits are nearing completion as per the company. Uplist to a higher tier is imminent.
