If anyone is wondering why we are still waiting on news of a buyout, it is my humble opinion that a company like MERCK has to wait until the pps of the NWBO stock is at least 1/3 the price that LP wants and/or has been negotiated. MERCK has to answer to their shareholders just like any other company and can't offer 20 times NWBO'S current share price.... their stockholders would pitch a fit. So, they will wait until after TLD when the pps gets to $10-$12 and then make a 3x offer. It will be tough to hold your shares at that time, but if you sell you will miss the 3x stock price....imho
