For those that care I will not be signing any retainer with any Law firm that could slow down the distribution and keep individual distribution to be held up. We as shareholders have suffered long enough.

This may be the close of the BK that will force the payment and our distribution. Although I have always believed that AG was the Hammer in this case to control the ending of the case this Law firm is the Closing firm to force the Players to complete the distribution. Although I believe this Law firm has created a planned event to get the opposition the appearance of being forced to make the distribution. If this step was eliminated they would never pay us. So whether they pay a fee for this (and it will not be 30% contingency) or sleep with the enemy , please stay strong because at least we have a legitimate Law Firm here, at no cost to us, to look into COOP's "fiduciary duty" to us as shareholders.
As usual this is just part of the process and we will get a distribution soon. I however do not believe they will open Pandora's box again and they will get it done . We are on the steps of the court house, rejoice !!!!!!!!!
