And remember boys and girls,

It really doesn't matter - 30% of this or 30% of that.

PYPR is the public trading face of the WHOLE enchilada.

And the enchilada keeps talking about the NASDAQ.

So, correct me if I'm wrong, it seems to me that they are saying that it is their goal to get to the NASDAQ, and as a result, they will have to make the necessary moves to raise the PYPR (or future symbol) stock price to over $1.00 and keep it there in order to qualify for and maintain a NASDAQ listing.

I love it when a company's goal is to make me rich!!
