Agree - This isn't Pedro Borges Fiol's 1st time to the circus - this has been in the works for years - In fact, there is plenty of evidence of that, for those who bother to do a little DD -

Some here need to try spending a little time 'goggling' rather than whining, You'd be surprised what you can discover.

This is just an obvious step in an ongoing process. Did anyone honestly think they were creating all this structure in Panama just so they could send 100% of the profits into the pockets of US shareholders.

A 30% slice of a pie this big will choke a horse. My take at this point is that most of the deals are already done and they will begin revealing them.

For those who claim that this deal is worth nothing, this PR changes nothing. 100% of nothing and 30% of nothing are both nothing. LOL

For those who can think outside the box, why divide up a company that has no revenues.
