Reverse split won’t happen for a long time, not until they have several plus operating locations and profitable as well and per the ceo if they do a reverse split it will be because they are wanting to up list. This was in a pr a awhile ago.

He’s also actually planning on using real financing through bonds and not using toxic financing by using shares. So the share structure won’t change any time soon.
