why you think "fish oil" and Vascepa are interchangeable? Du's conflation of that very point belies her ruling of obviousness.

She didn't conflate fish oil and Vascepa. Her quote suggests in her job she had occasion to learn about the benefits of fish oil. Period. Full stop. There are thousands of articles on fish oil out there. Do you find it so hard to believe she did quite a bit of research on the subject? Did you want her to say "icosapent ethyl," which no one would have understood, or maybe you wanted her to say "the benefits of Vascepa," which would might have been construed as a plug for a brand and may indeed have violated an ethical rule.

So, you have a brain. Tell me how "I get tutored about how tasers work and the benefits of fish oil" could possibly be construed as a comment on the merits of a pending matter. Not some gobbledygook explanation that comes along with a secret handshake and the wink of an eye. Straightforward English language without caveats. Something that would warrant filing a complaint with the regulatory authority of judges in Nevada. Include how it "belies her ruling on obviousness" since that is your language.
