I've seen plenty of OTC companies point out the bad guys or make excuses for the current price, but KAVL has always been above that. They did mention that the market doesn't seem to be valuing the company correctly, which I think is the most we'll get out of them. They are top notch, which can't be said for a lot of companies trading on the OTC.

Additionally, at the end of the day, they bought this shell knowing full well that there were 60 or 70 something shares issued before they took over.

Could be something to bring up if they allow us to answer questions on the conference call.
