NGW is unlikely to uplist. If you do your research you will see the most obvious reasons immediately.
They are not elegible as a foreign private issuer because they don't pass the shareholder test or the business contacts test. - RED FLAG
They also don't use IFRS or GAAP accounting methods. - RED FLAG
There was no mention made of NGW Resolution No. 021P-003 in yesterdays Coalinga city council meeting yesterday. RED FLAG

Keep telling me how great and promising and legit they are.
