It’s always better to go with the science. In this case it’s the science that says this new use of cannabis is worthy of a patent. Past is irrelevant. Anyone ever watch The Shark Tank? What does Mr Wonderful love the most? That’s right, HE LOVES LICENSING deals. Look around. CBD is everywhere, BUT to make the patent pending claim for use against autoimmune diseases, these companies are going to have to license the tech from $RGBP.

Just my thoughts based on the fact that David Koos just licensed another of his patents to a company trading at $22.00 a share.
