28,182 Views in the last 24 hours, many eyes are hoping for a good 10-K to appear next week. Will it be good enough to Justify a 58 Million Dollar market cap? After all the company is what? 6 Million dollars in debt with a stop sign and over 1 year behind in filings?



If it goes up and I'm on the sidelines, well won't be the first time and won't be the last and I won't lose or gain profits. On the other hand if it goes down to 0.0011 then I get in and wait for the next bunch of promises and gain money again like many times before.
