It happens with newer companies

They are retrieving docs from many places andc during a pandemic it can be even worse. Another time they were a few days late to get their ducks in a row for NASDAQ. I am not the least bit concerned. As long as Michel has as a many shares at risk as he does my shares seem rather safe.
