This explained how David has so many biochemistry patents in his name. It comes to light that these patents are work done by Chem Division. I could never understand how David came up with these highly biochemistry technical papers and patents when David's academic degree is in Sociology

I strongly believe that David and Regen Biopharma Company should make payment plan to pay up debts owed to Chem Division in order to protect his reputation and to retain the biochemistry patents which are vital to the company's operation.

It is also important for David to maintain a good working relationship with Chem Division because David will need further research done by Chem Division to fine tune the company product and the future of Regen Biopharm

On the technical aspects of things, I now can no longer compare RGBP with ENZC because ENZC has highly qualified staffs with applicable PhD degrees and Medical Doctoral degrees in immunology, immunology therapy, infectious diseases etc.

In order for Regen BioPharma to be on the same level with ENZC, it will definitely need Chem Division to be a part of its organization to sustain and continue its growth into the future. David needs to pay up debt to Chem Div in order to maintain their technical support from Chem Division.

Regen Biopharm needs Chem Div to be a strong biotech company.
