Things like how you came to know about the investment. how much money you made and did you have any "investment advice" particularly involving buying and selling. When you bought / sold that sort of thing.

Those sorts of things. All those things would likely come out at some point anyway, but generally if they can't contact you and verify that you're not a contributory party in anyway , ,they're not going to take the complain seriously so be sure and include any pertinent contact or relevant investment information so that it doesn't come up later
