did ask Mark to let people proof read PR's before sending them out and stating that people viewing them do not know that when he says toxic debt/convertible debt (they are the same thing).

I do not fully understand the warrant BS though, only that it doesn't involve shares. Mark is trying to stay with cash deals now. Some large deals could be looming.
