I pretty much have expressed my belief that all the briefs will be filed.

It’s simply a question of when they will be uploaded to the proceedings page.

Both DBMM (Fritz) and Enforcement have too much invested in the OIP not to see it to the end game.

Seeing as how the SEC has a “no excuse” policy for the non-filing of required financial documents, and seeing how Foelak produced an ID ruling that does not sanction DBMM for YEARS of non-filings in the past?

I fully expect the Board to vacate the ID ruling and assign DBMM a sanction. Whether that sanction is a suspension or revocation remains to be seen.
