Right. That is what GardenRose has been telling us all along. She said if they file before the one year mark, they have to check the box for being suspended within the year, and the SEC has to investigate that. That would delay things, at the very least, but after April 10th, that goes away. My concern was that if they delayed the filing until after April 10th, they could be subject to being delisted without notice. But I didn't take into account that filing for the extension would take care of that.
