Can someone explain why VerbLive apparently hasn't lived up to expectations yet? Didn't Rory talk months ago about how enterprise clients were so excited about the product that Verb was concerned their servers could get overloaded from all of the demand that would come rushing in?

How is that perspective to be squared with what has actually happened? Hasn't it been avail for Salesforce's millions of users for around six months now?

Is the real problem that these kinds of mostly impulse sales happen primarily by individual influencers on Facebook and the product just can't be used there, or is it something else?

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
