Nice find. Two issues I see right off the bat.

1) It is a synthetic steroid the other company is saying they plan to begin developing, and thus poses its own inherent dangers.

'PRV-002 is a fully synthetic non-naturally occurring neurosteroid being developed for the treatment of mTBI (concussion). In preclinical studies, PRV-002 has demonstrated equivalent, if not superior, neuroprotective effects compared to related neurosteroids."

NDTP is using all natural organic compounds, that can enable the brain to self repair itself, thus reversing TBI damage. Steroids do not repair brain damage. They might be useful for immediate emergency use, like existing steroids that are already approved and used.

FYI, one of the founders of NDTP going back to at least 2013, Is a 2 time Super Bowl NFL Linebacker, Larry Kubin, and he has been part of the TBI repair movement, the "Mind You Brain" Keynote Speaker, University of Penn., Perelman TBI medical research hospital going back to at least 2013, when they started the first Private Biotech that is now R/M with the shell that became what is now NDTP.

NDTP/Kubin, et-all, have been in a Joint Venture deal with UPennMed-Perelman TBI-research Hospital researching TBI reversal methods since 2013 with the UPennMed Perelman TBI Research Hospital.

Steroids are bad enough, with out introducing pure synthetic ones into the brain IMO.

"Plans to develop" does not sound like NDTP work that dates back to 2010, and spans 11 years of Privately funded research, including Dr. Michael W Fountain Research that started at the University of So. Florida in 2010, that has grown into NDTP, or the 2005 Keystone Nano Ceramide Nano Technology invented by Dr. Mark Kester (now part of NDTP).

Fountain's work (Co-founder of the private Biotech that R/M'd with the shell to form NDTP) dates back to the Liposome company he co-founded in the mid 1980s with his first Liposome patents, that was sold 21 years ago for over a billion dollars, know as the Liposome Company.

Now this sounds like something they might be (or would like) license from NDTP and Dr. Mark Kester, or they are light years behind the decade old R&D Dr. Mark Kester has already done on LSD, Lysosomal Storage Diseases... and are too far behind to catch up to NDTP/Mark Kester/UPennMed-Perelman TBI Research Hospital...

Niemann Pick Type-C Disease

Niemann-Pick Type C disease (NPC) is an autosomal recessive, lysosomal storage disorder characterized by accumulation of cholesterol and gangliosides in the brain and liver.
NPC is a rare (estimated US prevalence of 1:150,000) neurodegenerative disorder. Prevalence is 5X higher with Arabian decent
Children with NPC demonstrate neurological dysfunction with cerebellar ataxia, dysarthria, seizures, visual palsy, motor impairment, dysphagia, psychotic episodes, and progressive dementia
There is no effective treatment for NPC and it is a lethal disorder.

But I do like the fact they have confirmed what I said here 2-3 months ago, that the merging of Dr. Mark Kester's Ceramide nano tech with NDTP's was going to lead to addressing Lysosomal Storage Disease causes of Brain illnesses!!!!

In fact, from my reading and analysis, I think they have connected 3-4 discoveries that tie parts of the Dementia Caused Alzheimers, TBI, and the newly discovered brain sewer pipe drainage system that is so small and well Hidden it was just discovered by accident a little over a year ago, it is the brains own dedicated Lymphatic drainage system for draining junk (Cholesterol, which BTW-Is a natural Steroid), no one knew existed until recently, all combined into an overall way to deal with all brain illness, including Brain cancer.

Based on the 3,000 + research papers I poured over, I think the Lysosomal storage disease and blocked drainage of the super tiny, nano scale brain drainage pluming, and the crossing of the BBB, with acid proof and bacteria resistant Nano Delivery particles that can cross the BBB, and deliver key FDA, GAS, Generally Accepted as Safe, Nutrients to the brain in sufficient volume, will be far faster and safe than a synthetic, Unknown dangers, steroid.

Key words to Google are
#LSD Lysosomal Storage Disorder (or Disease)
#Lymphatic System in the Brain Discover
#Ceramide
#Sphingolipids
"Mark Kester + Ceramide + LSD"

The Day Dr. Mark Kester was added to the NDTP Website, the LSD-Disease target was also added to the Website!!!!

And just weeks later Keystone Nano with its Phase III FDA approved Cancer trial, and other trials vanished, and Dr. Mark Kester and His partner scrubbed their LinkedIn profile/resumes of any traces of Keystone Nano just about the same day the second lot of NDTP shares were issued and reported by the TA on the otcmarkets NDTP page.

Also Note worthy, is the fact that Keystone Nano went dark on all Social media sites just about the same day the custodian mailed the shareholders letter in Late 2019, the letter that started shell take over and the wheels turning that led to what is now $NDTP.

I already have personal copies of most of the research papers, and have connected most of the obvious to me dots on the road map.

I will say this, Dr. Mark Kester's Ceramide research and cancer trial successes, puts him Light years ahead of any one in the Lysosomal Storage Disease field.

Researchers discovered that our brains may drain some waste out through lymphatic vessels, the body's sewer system. These findings suggest the vessels could act as a pipeline between the brain and the immune system.Oct 17, 2017

The discovery that a set of lymphatic vessels interacts with blood vessels to remove toxic waste products from the brain has implications for cognition, ageing and disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease.
