Because of the property arrangement of one of the illegal burger locations they had to take over an El Senor Sol restaurant.
This is what pushed them into the Mexican food industry, however they rebranded that restaurant, because El Senor Sol is a different franchise company (why would they run a franchise name that benefits another group)
So anyways, they rebranded the one El Senor Sol restaurant into Kalaka Mexican kitchen, with that said, it was only ONE restaurant, which means this second restaurant is NEW.
The Mexican food industry is always getting support, people love Mexican food, so it’s really promising that they opened a second location.
As I said before, when one type of food industry slows down, having multiple ethnicities to rely on is a boon.
