Due to lack of snarky replies it appears that you all agree with what the data shows, the valet is telling the truth and the tesla suffered from sudden acceleration. That means those 120+ cases of sudden acceleration need to be re-examined by the NHTSA. Particularly all the EDR data that Tesla doesnt like to give up.

What's really helpful in the case of valet parking garage is seeing how the valet drove beforehand. Most cases of sudden acceleration ive read about started from a parked position so data maybe more difficult to interpret. Still for any pedal misapplication, there should be EDR data showing 0% accelerator before immediate return pressure on the accelerator. Also there should be repeated pressing of the accelerator indicating the person driving is trying to brake by stabbing at the pedal. None of this occurs with the valet edr data.
