Last day of Q1 today.

City Council vote on expansion facility tomorrow.

If I were Mike, which I'm not, I would make two separate press releases. First I'd offer preliminary 1st quarter results tomorrow morning. Then tomorrow, I'd issue a 2nd which announces City Council approval along with a time frame for start of construction.

Just my two cents.
