If you're trying to build a start-up pharmaceutical company with potentially ground-breaking technology from within a cleaned-up shell, knowing you cannot speak a word about it to anyone outside the inner circle until the 1-A/S-1 is filed, the perfect way to do it is to use mail box addresses.

You wouldn't need to identify a physical address until the filing or even for a little while after. This would assure no one would come around asking questions that if answered, could lead to SEC concerns. And Hovis is dialed into the SEC thru previous ventures so he will keep this quite above board.

I am unaware of any leaks of any kind coming from his management team. They appear to be squeaky clean, as is this zero-debt start-up.
