I am judging based upon recent history

Go check out EDGAR and look at the last couple of years of financials whether annual or quarterly. Look how many times they have filed late. It isn't a big deal and will be resolved quickly. I hope we have an announcement of some sort tomorrow but usually companies hold a conference call concurrent with the release.
