Just a word of caution here, the 1:1 PMPG:VHMC share ratio was promised as part of the deal with Regal Holdings, Ltd that got cancelled. PMPG did not promise the same ratio as part of this new sale to DSCI. It may be the same, but the PR only stated that “As part of the transaction, PMPG, as the sole shareholder of VMHC, will issue some of its VMHC shares to its shareholders.” The ratio was not specified!
