It’s what Halpern DIDN’T say....... Watching the latest talk with Halpern, got my attention. The direction, deals, are all lining up.... But it was what Halpern DIDN’T say that made me even MORE optimistic.... He NEVER commented DIRECTLY about the Lawsuits or our upcoming court date! Now, I understand that All of his Lawyers have told him NOT to publicly comment. Did you see Halpern? He is NOT scripted.... he flies in ALL directions.... his mind is driving at 100 miles per hour and that’s BEFORE he gets excited about a MAXD deal..... I believe something is in the works ...... he didn’t touch the court issues.... and THAT is the most IMPORTANT issue of his talk ....
