As I said, I wrote to daniellec@pacificstocktransfer as the person on the phone at Pacific Stock Transfer told me to. DanielleC handles dividends by email. In your email write the 9-digit cusip number that is in your broker account which is, supposedly, NSAV. If mine was incorrect I would think yours would be also. But just write to her with the cusip number and ask her what to do to get them tradable. She'll give you the correct cusip number (if yours is wrong). Then you contact your broker and tell them to change it.

Frankly, I plan on changing brokers soon. I used to like Etrade before the pandemic but an hour or two to speak to them on the phone and/or 3 or more days for a message reply isn't to my liking.
