Steve, if the file an extension they have 15 days to file or they get a stop sign. They get 15 days because it's the 10K. If it was the 10Q they would get 5 days.

At present, they haven't shown me much. This shell has a history of just going silent. I guess we will see whether it stays silent or if they do what they are supposed. Past history is not on their side.

Other companies have already filed their 10K's. They didn't wait until he last minute. It's not like they didn't know it was coming and they have one more day.
