You have to act like a real company if you want to be a real company. No 10K within 15 days, if they file an extension tomorrow, will result in a stop sign. I sure don't want that.

The market makers are going to pull this thing back down to where it started from if they are not careful. There is currently no volume here. This stock is vulnerable to MM shenanigans. ALPS is still selling shares.
